Do you ❤️ social media + graphic design? ❤️ (We're hiring!)

Hi, friend!

Do you have a heart for helping Christian women find practical, biblical advice and encouragement? Do you LOVE connecting with friends and family on social media?

Do you love staying up-to-date on the latest trends and current events?

Do you have an eye for creating beautiful social-media-worthy images like these...

If so, we need your help!

Equipping Godly Women is currently looking to hire an *experienced* social media manager / graphic designer who can help run our social media channels and create additional graphics as needed.

This position is 100% remote with extremely flexible hours, about 2-3 hr / week.

We will have one monthly content planning meeting (30-60 min) via Zoom. Otherwise, work wherever and whenever you want, as long as your work is completed on time.

Pay is weekly via PayPal or Zelle and is negotiable based on experience.

Ideally, this person would be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Staying up-to-date on the latest social media marketing best practices, Christian trends, Equipping Godly Women happenings, and current events. You need to be "in the loop" with what's new/exciting/relevant in American Christian culture.
  • Knowing the Equipping Godly Women audience extremely well in order to create and execute an effective strategy that serves both our audience and the business well.
  • Creating a wide variety of social media and promotional graphics, performing light photo and/or video editing, and/or writing compelling copy for new blog posts, podcasts, products, conferences, engagement, etc.
  • Gathering and analyzing data and analytics, reporting on that data, making data-driven decisions, and adjusting the strategy accordingly.
  • Replying to comments across multiple platforms.
  • Creating content and increasing engagement in the EGW Membership community.
  • As well as a variety of additional related tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Is super cheerful, friendly, and outgoing.
  • LOVES connecting and sharing with others via social media.
  • Has a great eye for design and can create beautiful images with little direction.
  • Has excellent writing skills. I'm looking for informal, conversational, and friendly. (Emojis are great. Spelling and grammatical mistakes are not.)
  • Is a self-motivated hard worker who completes tasks quickly without needing a lot of "hand holding."
  • Welcomes direct, honest feedback and cares about doing their best.

Does this sound like you?

If so, I would LOVE for you to submit an application using the button below!

Thanks and talk soon!

Do you create Easter Baskets for your kids or grandkids each year? Personally, we do a mix in our family. Some years, we give the kids an empty basket to fill with candy we've scattered inside or outside (depending on the weather). Other years, we've put some of the bigger candy items (like chocolate bunnies) right inside the basket and let the kids go on an Easter egg hunt for the rest. Our children's grandparents will often give our children candy, bubbles, and/or small toys -- whether...

Can you believe Easter is right around the corner? I don't know about where you live, but the stores here are all fully stocked with ALLLL sorts of candy, eggs, baskets... all the Easter goodies that make an Easter morning egg hunt fun! (And I am 100% looking forward to some delicious Easter candy I'm already planning on my children sharing with me from their Easter baskets this year! #momtax) Yet, as fun as it is to do all of our favorite Easter traditions, Easter is just one of those...

It's crazy to think my littlest pumpkin is over 6 months old now! She crawls all over the place, pulls herself up to standing, LOVES peek-a-boo, and eats all sorts of healthy "people" food, like chicken, fish, mushrooms, spinach, yogurt, and apples. She's the cutest little bundle of joy, and we're all just absolutely smitten with her. 😍 Of course, the last six months have definitely been an adjustment... from being able to work all day while all my kids were in school to now taking care of a...
